When you use nVIDIA NVENC, the sound from games and more will be low as hell and the microphone will take over even if you have disabled it.
I have tried different settings and the microphone will always go through on the desktop audio and the rest of the sounds will be brought down. It works perfectly when playing without NVENC and it follows all the correct audio settings.
I have no idea if more people has had this problem, but if you check the stream I'm guessing you only checked so your mic goes through and that the video quality is okay.
