Any idea how to use the Lossless preset for the NVENC encoder?

Are you using OBS through Remote Desktop Connection on windows ? Remoted computer.
If yes Nvenc is not working through RDC, try to do without RDC so plug a screen display, keyboard and mouse and launch OBS, it will works with Nvenc now. I got the same problem and without RDC it works, but not very useful when the pc is remoted... so vnc or teamviewer
