Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...
OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...

This described behavior and error message while streaming usually indicates that the GPU actually crashed.

1. You are running an old version of OBS Studio (27.2.3), which is not supported. Update to version 29.1.3 or newer by going to Help -> Check for updates in OBS or by downloading the latest installer from the downloads page and running it.
Update your plugins, Stream Deck release notes for 6.1 include OBS Studio plugin update 2.2. That was released March 13th. OBS 29 was released on January 7th. They are on 6.3 now. There's also a newer version of win-capture-audio.
2. Run updated OBS as Admin. Right click on the OBS shortcut, properties, advanced, check box, ok, apply, ok.
3. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (Normal, WATCH PARTY, Diablo and REPLAY).
