Nvenc encoding overloaded.

I keep getting encoding overloaded.
My specs:
RTX 2080 ti.
Intel core i9-9900k

My D drive is hdd and C is ssd. And ok i can stop saving to mp4 but it wont change error ,will it?

I have similar specs and had the same problem! I fixed it just by uninstalling my antivirus. (malwarebytes) I see you have avast in the log file, I’d try uninstalling it and see if the errors stop. I think maybe they just conflict. Windows defender/firewall being on was fine for me.
