Question / Help NVENC Duplicated Frames issue

I've been using NVENC for recording locally for a couple of months at 1920x1080 at 60fps. Recently I got a new computer with upgraded hardware except for the graphics card which is the same as my old one (GTX 750), and when I try to use OBS on the new computer, I get duplicated frames.

EDIT: Shadowplay works fine for me, this is just a problem with OBS Replay Buffer.

Your GPU can't seem to keep up with the settings you are using. Try one of the other presets in advanced settings, like NVDefault.

The strange thing is that it worked fine on my old PC, with the same GPU.

NVENC should be able to keep up no problem, though. It's rated for well over 200FPS at 1080p on the High Quality preset. There's gotta be something else going on.
