Question / Help NVENC desync?

Log file: https://gist.github.com/fcbd6dd6feb1bc449db1 ( I was doing a lot of config changes and capture card refreshing)

So today my setup stopped working correctly. Maybe it was because of nvidia drivers update? No idea because I downgraded them and problem remains.

So my setup is a little bit complicated 2xPC 2xOBS

OBS1 (logfile) is using nvenc for encoding
OBS2 captures virtual desktop an stream it, h264

So OBS1 is getting out of sync but... webcam is synced, voice is synced, capture card video is synced, capture card audio is OUT OF SYNC o_O To sync it again I just change the resolution in capture card (refresh it).

Desyc appears after 30 sec or minute or few minutes and audio is like 2 sec behind video. It seems like it is not happening when only OBS1 is working. Also turning on OBS2 is making OBS1 loosing frames (50-60fps instead of stable 60).

EDIT: I did some more testing and it appears like OBS2 is causing frame drops which is causing desync. I changed both OBS1 an OBS2 fps to 50 and it is better but desync randomly stirkes back;)

Ok I tested it and tested with NVENC h264 2xOBS 1xOBS etc AND I think that it might have something to do with Logitech C920 webcam... recently I connected second webcam (c920) to my computer, all that tests I done without second webcam but only after I disconnected my main webcam desync stopped. I can even see that NVENC/scene is not loosing frames when C920 is disconnected...

Anyone heard about something like that? Changing webcam resolution to 1280x720 also seems to help with fps drop BUT is that a solution? Everything worked fine for me for the last XXX hours of streaming:/

1080p webcams are a frequent problematic factor on these forums, so it makes sense. Use it at 720p instead.
