Question / Help NVEC very big problem

Hey!
I want to record Minecraft in 1080p 120FPS.
But, i want to record with NVEC, cause my CPU can´t handle it.
But the problem is:I can´t even record 1080p 60FPS on high performance with NVEC
Doesn´t OBS get the max resorces from my Graphic card?

PC:
GTX 780 TI
16gb ram ddr3
AMD Phenom II X6 1100T
samsung SSD for windows
ANother SSD for OBS
