Bug Report NVEC enabled on AMD GPU

Hi guys,

IN the lastest update, I can enable NVEC on an AMD GPU. Shouldnt the option be grayed out?

Can conform that something is going wrong with the NVENC check.

It says in the log file that NVENC isn't available (I have a GTX 460) but the checkbox is still active.
