Question / Help Noticed choppyness/skipping during streams

Hi everyone. I just recently started streaming Final Fantasy X/X-2 and noticed a lot of skipping when I would transition into a new area or it on loading screens. I'm currently using an Elgato HD and was wondering if anyone could help me with this issue.

I think i recall a guy a while back having similar issues, I dont recall what the resolve was.

post your logfile to start.
also make sure that your elgato's buffering is set to 1ms, this can be found in the video capture source not the buffering in OBS settings

Do you want the entire log file? I know they can be pretty long.

Just send the link:

Double click on the video capture device (might be named what you set the name to).and select a buffer of 1ms

Can you post a new logfile? weird, I cant find what fps you are streaming at or the bitrate.

Was that just a preview or could you attempt to record/stream for 5 minutes then post that log?

its still not set to 1ms. can you check back and see if it held the setting?

After you set it, you need to have the buffer enabled and set to 1ms.
its currently disabled in the log
