Question / Help Noticable game lag in gtaV once streaming

Hello all. I have been streaming for a while now and i have mostly been playing COD WAW and black ops 3. I have recently found the perfect settings for streaming 720p waw and black ops 3 but most recently i have been getting extreme frame loss on my computer yet, the stream doesnt lose frames at all it is barely noticeable on stream and it angers me because then i am then not able to bring the content i want to my viewers. This has just recently happened with BO3 and GTAV. I also get some frame loss when i alt+tab in an out of gta to adjust settings with sound and chat etc. If you can help that would be greatly appreciated. If you need a log just tell me how to paste a log because i do not know how.

my pc specs are:
AMD fx-6300
gtx 960 ftw
16gb of g skilll ripjaws (blue)
asus m5a97 le r2.0 motherboard
500w powersupply.

If you can help me please do ASAP as i would like to continue streaming as soon as i can.

Your system isn't very well-suited to stream a game as demanding as GTA5 at 720p. Enable vsync and configure the game so it doesn't max out your GPU, and either stream at a lower resolution or use NVENC to take the load off of your CPU.

this is strange because before i streamed gta 5 perfectly with no frame loss what so ever. The same is happening to other games aswell.
