Question / Help Nothing is solving the "Black Screen Issue"

After reading many threads and trying many fixes similar to the ones in this thread; https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/laptop-black-screen-when-capturing-read-here-first.5965/

No matter what I try nothing seems to be working. I have added OBS to my graphics card cpu, I have tripple checked my settings following many threads theories, I have restarted everything, checked for updates and more. I want to be able to stream a game called DayZ. A YouTuber named GoldGlove uses OBS and his is able to record and stream but he also uses a physical recording divise.

PC SPECS:
Intel I7-5820K
Nvidia GTX 760

Please help!

I tried to upload all my logs but it may have not worked, if so please let me know.

i dont see a game capture or a window capture in your logs. Do you have one and is it checked and does the capture window have a game or window selected in the dropdown? Not meaning to expain the basics but just want to make sure you dont overlook something.
 
Just a note here, in the off chance you are using it, Sweetfx will stop you from being able to capture via GameCapture, as it stops OBS from hooking the game.

Yes,I have multiple sceens that have been able to work on a few of my games. But games like DayZ remain black screened. I heard if i force compatiblity mode in monitor capture it will force capture everything but OBS wont let me check it when setting a monitor capture up. Any advice?

Just a note, I am not using Sweetfx. This is the first recording software I have attempted to use, thanks anyways.
