Question / Help Nothing is opening!

I just downloaded the setup and when i try to run it, it asks for permission to run then does nothing! I ran as administrator and still, nothing happened. So i tried the Binary file that i can download and I extract the files, open up the 64 bit, try to run obs then still, nothing. I check task manager and its there, yet its not up! Please i would love to stream games and stuff but i cant because nothing is working!

If your anti-virus is set to be particularly aggressive, then it's possible it shut it down or something. I wouldn't be able to help without using teamviewer.
