Question / Help Not Sure Where to Post But Need Help

Hi guys,

I have been trying to record some gameplay footage (Cities Skylines, and Lego Worlds) but have had no luck... the log analyzer says everything is okay.

However, I attached my log: am I just too outdated or what? Not sure why my frames will drop down to 1-2 while recording. :/

I am playing on a Asus ROG laptop, so maybe that has something to do with it?

Any help would be wonderful! :)

you need to analys a log with you actually encoding a recording or stream for 5 minutes or more. That is not a strong CPU since mobile i7's are no where near equivalent of their desktop counterparts.
 
Wow, I feel bad now because you guys helped me and I never replied :/ Sorry...

And yeah, my CPU isn't too high when using it, I believe around the 60's or 70's. But I ended up doing some cleaning on my laptop and I always optimize my computer before recording and I haven't had any problems now :D

And I agree dping: I am currently saving up money to build a custom PC. :)

When it comes to laptops, his CPU isn't all that bad. It's actually an actual 4 core cpu.
