Question / Help Not sure on Best settings

Hello, I have been trying to hours and cant seem to find the best settings of OBS. If I could get some suggestions from someone a lot better with tech than I that would be great. Here are my specs.

Internet (Comcast)



Have a Nvidia GTX 780M GPU
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4700MQ CPU @ 2.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~2.4GHz
Memory: 12288MB RAM

I assume that's a laptop :)

Reduce all of your resolutions to 1280x720 and try it again.

What are you trying to stream, a game that you're playing on the same laptop? Make sure you're using game capture and not screen capture.

Set your encode to CBR and 2500kbps and give it a go then post up your log file so we can see if it's your graphics card or CPU that's maxing out or what the issue is.

Thanks for replying guys. I changed it to 1280x720 and 2500kps, here is my log.

I am running the game on the same laptop and I used window capture because for some reason I get a black screen when trying monitor or game capture.
