Question / Help "Not responding"

So, the other day I felt like streaming, and before I know it the little status icon on the bottom right is blinking crazy. gree, yellow, red.. and I lose all frames, around 80% of the frames (or even more) gets lost.
I'm on a stable connection, 100mbit up and down.
Tried various things like chaning settings witha audio, video resolution, fps.. pretty much everything. Still won't do any good.
It worked flawless the other day, and I didn't do any changes to the computer or internet. It's just that OBS will lose all frames and then go into "not responding" :/ anyone with similar problems or maybe a fix? :)

Edit: Here's a pic to show. The latency or w/e is going from gree, to yellow and red repetedly, no matter what server I'm going for :(

Sorry for late reply!
I'ver tried FFSplit and there's no problem. Only with OBS it seems :/
Tried speedtest, but tht site doesn't really work right now, it's stuck on download speed (hd it idle for about 7 mins now).
FFsplit doesn't get stuck like OBS, but everything is really lagging apparently. Must be something with my internet :S

It still won't work for me. And I doubt it's my internet since I've got stable ul/dl speed. Tried as before with various settings but to no avail.
A new thing tho, is that OBS will send a message telling "Connection problems" and/or "disconnected. Reconecting in..xx seconds"
This really bugs me. It worked the other day and all of the sudden it just.. won't :(

Rig:
• Intel i7 - 2600
• Radeon 5800 series (can't remember which one exactly)
• 8gb RAM
• 120gb SSD + 1TB Sata disk
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I didn't do anything to the computer, alter any files, restarting, installing, uninstalling.. well, I litteraly didn't do anything.
Except for starting OBS to stream some WoW for fun (which wasn't so fun since I couldn't stream)

I've been able to stream in 60fps with 1920*1080 (downscale 1,5) without any issues before.

Hey again folks!
It's sorted now, apparently there were some broken connections all over my country, even tho various speed testing sites showed that my dl/ul was working with the speed I'm used to they didn't. But it's sorted now which I'm happy with!
Thanks to all replies and for the "Here's how" link dodgepong! :)
