Bug Report Not Responding When Previewing or Recording

I know I have seen a few forums here and there with this issue, but none of the solutions reached ever seemed to help fix my problem. First my specs:

CPU:AMD FX-6300 Vishera 6-Core 3.5GHz
RAM: G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB
GPU: GIGABYTE GV-R928WF3OC-3GD Radeon R9 280 3GB 384-Bit GDDR5
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit

OBS will, after maybe about a minute or two of recording, freeze my camera (HP Deluxe Webcam KQ246AA) and my audio (Samson Meteorite Mic), and most recently froze up the programs ability to capture the games I am trying to broadcast. I'm at my wits end. I've dropped the encoding specs from 2500 kb/s to 1750 kb/s, my base resolution from 1920x1080 to 1280x720, and my frame rate from 30 FPS to 25 FPS. The only thing I have done differently between now and when I used to stream was update my system software and add CLR Browsers to the stream. It used to run perfectly and I'd really like it to run that way again if anyone can help. I'll try anything.

Update (but it wasn't that long ago that I posted this lol):

I may have fixed the issue by moving my camera and audio devices to different ports. I also, because the analyzing of my log said to decrease audio bitrate and decrease device business. I did that as well. I moved my mouse receiver and mic to front USB ports and my controller receiver and webcam to the back ones. Will keep updated when I actually stream. Until then any and all suggestions are appreciated because if my current solution doesn't work, I'm going to need another.
