Question / Help Not laggy while recording, but 1fps when video is played.

Hello!
I have a problem. When i'm recording, i'm not lagging or frame dropping at all, BUT when i play the video, i see that the video is sooo much laggy. Can you say what can i do to fix that problem? Here are my computer specs:

Processor: AMD A4-5300 APU, 3.40 GHz
Ram: 4.00 GB
Graphics card: ASUS HD5450 Radeon
Motherboard: MSI N1996
