Question / Help Not having OBS minimized is causing ingame stuttering

Not having OBS minimized is causing ingame stuttering, atleast when im playing CSGO. My fps is stable at 300 and the stream is doing fine, no frame drops etc. But if i dont minimize the preview of the stream, or well, the OBS window itself, i get some kind of weird inputlag/stuttering from time to time ingame. The FPS ingame will still be very good, but the stuttering is what's killing me.

This wasn't happening before i formatted my computer, i was on win 8.1 before and now back to windows 7. I have all the latest drivers and everything is running just fine, except this OBS issue.

I know i can disable the preview or just minimize obs to make this go away, but i want to be able to see donations, follows etc on OBS when they pop up so i dont have to tab down to thank a new follower :/

GTX 680
i7 3770k@4.3GHz
16GB ram
256GB SSD +3TB storage (OBS on SSD)
100/10 fiber
Streaming with NVIDIA NVENC @3200 bitrate, downscale to 720p, NVENC preset high quality low latency.
Im having my second monitor connected to my motherboard, so it runs on a HD 4000, but i've used this before without a problem. The game itself is running on the GTX 680 ofc.

Stream looks all fine and shit, check vods or highlights@ www.twich.tv/bntlol

What can i do to fix this? I'll attach a log from the last session. Please help! :(

I thought this was the case with every game. Normally if I played a game with an open window, it'd lag a bit. That's why I always hit the "Show Desktop" button before going back in my game.

haha yeah no, i always tend to have alot of shit open in the background, well, not more than necessary, but still. The only thing causing me to lag when not minimized is OBS, and even that worked just fine before i formatted my computer :<
