Nah, just wait till Intel Skylake -/+ DDR4 hits (supposedly between August and October 2015)
Skylake IPC is basically Haswell IPC, so the only benefit would be power draw/voltage requirements/heat output. And considering broadwell is worse than haswell at higher clockspeeds etc, and haswell is already an absolutely terrible architecture, skylake is nothing I'm waiting badly for.

CANNONLAKE however... has potential to be something, because 9nm might very well move to graphene process, and that has potential to seriously benefit things.

It's also possible that they're going to move into vacuum transistors in the future too. That will be something interesting; clockspeeds can skyrocket on vacuum tech.

I need my hexa/octa core stuff for no reason faster

I'll stop before I horridly derail this thread, though I'm interested as to why you think Haswell is a terrible arch.
