So I'm having an issue with my OBS actually being accurate on whats going on my screen. When ever I change anything on the screen the picture is frozen for anyone watching and on my end of the recording too. My mouse will be still moving along with everything thats going on. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Post an OBS log file. Typically though this happens when someone's computer is too low-end to encode and game at the same time.
