Noise Reduction for H.264 Options

Hello, i want ask "you" about Option of codec H.264

Can you make this option in settings "Encoding" - Noise Red.? i dont know have H.264 support Noise Reduction??

cuz codec VP6 is very good, high quality but some slowly and support Noise Reducion, this in Adobe Flash Media Live Encoder 4

i test it in FME4 and picture was COOOOOL with noise reduction... no small crush no smooth no blur - just picture

Hmm, x264 does have an option for it: nr="number"
I have never tried it myself (didn't even know it existed!), but you should be able to try it out with the "custom x264 encoder settings" in OBS.
