Question / Help No where else to Turn - OBS High Encoding AFTER game is closed.

Done everything I can to figure out this issue. I can stream 6, 7, 8 hours with no problems. The second I close the game im playing, OBS will start to freak out about High CPU encoding. Im usually live for another 10 to 15 minutes for chatting or raiding, I don't understand this issue at all. I tried lots of fixes, deleted scenes, made global sources, nothing works.

geforce 770
I run OBS as admin
with upload of 5mb
and 2000 bitrate
30 fps
720p downscale

I feel like after 7-10 hrs obs becomes unresponsive and laggy when streamin cs:go. Restarting fixes it.
