Bug Report No Webcam

Hi !
I just installed the new update (18.0.2) and my webcam does not appear.
It's a Logitech C920.
Worked perfectly fine until then.
And works with other software.

Ignore the parts where it informs you the webcam software is already used by another software. That was me derping and not turning off facerig when trying different settings
RRRaptor is my facerig.

Neither my facerig nor my webcam is showing up on OBS anymore. Everything (webcam, OBS, facerig) has exclusions in my Avast, which has proven to be an issue while ago... But still, that wasn't the solution today.

Webcam is Logitech C920. Windows 7 professional 64bit

Jumping back to Version 18.0.1 of OBS studio fixed it immediately. You can do so here: https://github.com/jp9000/obs-studio/releases/tag/18.0.1

Devs: You might want to look into your today's update for future references.

Nothing was touched related to webcams, only game capture. That said, this issue is being checked in to as we've had quite a lot of reports.

Something doesn't quite add up, here.

Note we're not asking you to disable avast to use OBS, we're asking you to test it disabled to see if that's the problem, please let us know whether it works or not so it can help confirm if this is indeed the issue.
