Question / Help No Stream?

when i press either preview or start streaming the bitrate doesnt go up it stay at 0 and idk why. please help

I dont know either. probably because you give no details that would be valuable with troublshooting.

first and foremost is the logfile from OBS help menu of when you attempted to stream.
 
that log file from yesterday was the first and only time i've opened OBS on this new PC. the first time i did preview stream the light at the bottom right turned green and it showed by bitrate but after that first time it never happened again it just stays black and says 0. when i analyze that log file it just tells "Bad resolution / FPS / bitrate combination"
