No Source Audio OBS

I am genuinely pissed off. I have been using OBS for some time and have not had issues, well, I won't lie, I have gone through a learning curve, but onece I figured out how to get audio working it was no problem anymore.
Since the last update I did the other day, my audio is not working from the source camera I have plugged in via USB and live streaming set up on Camera and as far as I know, the last time I used this configuration, my Camera the Sony ZVE1 has been working just fine with the Camera's Microphone as the Source for the recording audio part, and well, since the last update, for the life of me, I can't get the audio to stream into OBS from the Camera. I can hear other source audio, from the internet for example, when I am streaming the audio from online content is audible and I can adjust audio. When I look at properties for Advanced Audio, it shows my source as being Active and yet I can't get any audio, the the Monitoring Meters, the online audio works fine, the camera audio is non existent yet my camera works just fine audio output.
I have spent hours trying to figure this out and I am genuinely pissed off OBS.

Since the last update I did the other day, my audio is not working from the source camera I have plugged in via USB and live streaming set up on Camera and as far as I know, the last time I used this configuration, my Camera the Sony ZVE1 has been working just fine with the Camera's Microphone as the Source for the recording audio and outputting audio for a live stream for example via usb.

Ok, for some reason, the Camera recording level was at 0. I turned up the recording level on the Camera, however, it only registers in OBS through the Audio Input Capture and nothing shows up in the ZVE1 Audio Control as far as a line level is concerned, but rather controlled through the Audio Input Capture, which I find perplexing.

What has OBS done?? I updated the software, and discovered half of the connected devices are not working any more and I have removed and added them back but still do not work anymore. The microphone from my ZVE1 is working again, but only through the audio input capture, but not in the ZVE1 audio capture. Another Camera I have used extensively on this platform, now is just not registering anymore, and the camera works flawlessly. I am annoyed to say the least.
