No sound with bluetooth speakers streaming for Facebook live with OBS

Hello,

some users of my stream over Facebook live are using bluetooth speaker and getting no sound from the speakers. This is not a general problem because some headsets or iPods of the same user just work fine.
If they are using the built-in speakers of the mobile device they have no problem.
They also have no problems hearing the sound of other Facebook live streams.

Can anybode give me some advice?

Of course Airpods, not iPods.

never heard of this. sounds like a Facebook app issue, or user error?

The problem doesn't just affect one user and occurs while using the Facebook website as well.

I suspect it has something to do with my second problem as well.
