When I boot up OBS, the device that is currently active doesn't get recorded. I have a USB speaker, and Bluetooth headphones. If I open OBS while the computer's default device is the headphones, OBS won't record from that device, even if I switch off of it to the speaker, and then switch back. The speaker works just fine in this scenario. In the reverse scenario when the speaker is the default device upon opening then the speaker won't be recorded by obs.
Running Windows 10 home 10.0.19045
Just updated OBS 31.1.1 (did not fix issue)
