Question / Help No microphone sound?

In my obs the mic green bar goes up and down as it is supposed to. It isn't muted or anything. Then when on twitch there is no sound for the mic.... Game sound works fine and so does team speak sound... Using realtek audio also... What is causing this?
 
Figured it out.

For those that need help with same problem... Right click volume control icon bottom right part of screen. Click recording devices. Make sure that the device you are using is set as default device. Now go into OBS and instead of choosing the recording device you are using click on the default option.
Worked for me.
