Question / Help No lagg settings?

Hi, I'm using the OBS for game recording then I upload the videos to youtube. OBS is a very useful program but I have a

problem. When I'm recording video, the fps has decrease about 30. My computer's features :

ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5730

4 GB Ram

Intel Core i7 1.60 GHz

And when I'm not recording, the game is about 60 fps but when I'm recording, İt's about 20 fps. Can anyone help me ?

(Sorry for my bad english , my english is very bad..)

Edit : My bitrate is 1000 is it true bitrate for recording videos and upload them to youtube?

It might be a problem with your pretty old GPU, would have to see a log file to know for sure, but for local recording you can use this Guide:
How to make high quality local recordings
If necessary you could also lower the encoding preset but I assume that is not the problem so:
