Question / Help No image transmission

Hey, i have a really weird problem ;)
i cant Livestream anymore because everytime when i choose the Game Capture the Game crashed!
and everytime when im choose the Windows Capture the screen freezed! i dont know how to fix it!
I dont play on Fullscreen because i dont have a second monitor, so please help me :)

And sorry for my bad english!
