No HEVC Encoder Option

Stream Service is set to YouTube - HLS. Server is set to Primary YouTube ingest server. YouTube side is set to receive an HLS stream.

Under Output/Encoder only NVIDIA NVENC H.264 and x264 show up.

RTX 3060 on Windows 11. HEVC codecs installed from Microsoft Store.

If I select "Custom" for Stream Service, NVIDIA NVENC HEVC is an option for Encoder. If I switch back to YouTube - HLS I get this message from OBS:

"The streaming service Youtube - HLS does not support the encoder "NVIDIA NVENC HEVC". The encoder will be changed to "NVIDIA NVENC H.264""

There was an update to the services list recently that has caused this, we've fixed it on our side. To re-download the fixed list, delete the following folder:

%APPDATA%\obs-studio\plugin_config\rtmp-services

Thanks for the report. We'll be pushing out a new version server-side shortly to fix anyone else who received the broken one since it was published (around 16 hours ago).
