Question / Help No Game sound on Stream CS:GO

I have my audio setting to my Sound card and ive tried switching it to all the other options with no success... Tried both 32 & 64bit versions.. getting frustrated.. Downloaded older versions on OBS and sound works on stream but then its a laggier than the newest release. Need help please
