Question / Help No Disk in D Drive??

Since this issue has not been resolved yet, I will go ahead and post the solution that worked for me. For whatever reason, the cause turned out to be the multi-card reader that I plugged into the USB slot of my tower's front I/O. After having detached the reader, I was then able to launch OBS without the error. Perhaps you had something similar connected to your PC? Try removing and relocating it. Hopefully this solution works for you ─ best of luck,

I solved the problem with using "Disk Management". My "Disk 1" was set to "D", I changed it to "K". Problem solved!
