Bug Report No Device Found -Elgato

I updated my elgato software last night and that's when it started saying Elgato No Device in OBS, I deleted the software and drivers for the elgato and it still didn't work, Then I reinstalled OBS and that didn't do anything. The Elgato works fine in it own elgato software but OBS doesnt detect the device. I've Had OBS for a year and a half and never had this problem till Elgato Integrated its Sound Capture With Its Software

Open the properties of your video capture source in OBS, click on the Configure button, and make sure the Elgato panel there is set up for the correct input.
 
Tried switching the Elgato to different USB ports? Does it work in other programs that would utilize its DirectShow drivers, like VLC or XSplit?
 
I tried using the elgato on my laptop with OBS and it worked fine, I cant find a solution to this issue still
