Question / Help No connection to Twitch

Hi,

Since few days i have some problems with the connection to twitch (All time 0 kb/s upload)
Below my log file:

I tried to reset the stream key and also tried to delete the profile file in %appdata%\OBS, did not help :/
Next i tried to ping the twitch servers with "TwitchTest". The result is below..

EDIT: Also disabled windows firewall etc.

You guys have any idea why i can't stream?
Maybe Router probs? Or what can it be?

Router, firewall, internet provider.

Not much we can do about it.
