Question / Help No Audio

I think it started when I changed the output to Mp4 because flv wasn't loading in on movie maker (not sure if that's another problem or not). But any ways when I switched it to Mp4 it loaded into Movie Maker and there wasn't any audio. I then proceed to record with different settings and sources and still no audio. I'm new to OBS so I don;t know how to fully work it. Please help me.
P.S. I'm using a ASUS laptop with windows 10 if that helps with your diagnosis at all

Do NOT save directly to mp4. Any mp4 that doesn't get finalized properly is irreparably corrupt.

And don't rely on windows movie maker (or windows media player) to have good media format support.
Test your recordings in VLC.
