I am not having any audio getting captured from my gaming pc to my streaming Mac. Before the latest update it was working properly but after I installed it, I’ve been have problems. I have restarted both my gaming pc and my Mac multiple time and switch audio input sources and then switching them back to my capture card (this usually works but not this time) Can anyone help or OBS look into this?

Note- the video from capture card is coming in just fine

Capture card - Razer Ripsaw HD
MacBook Pro - Apple silicon M3pro

Update of my Troubleshooting actions.
I connected my PS5 to my capture card and plugged it in with all the same connectors to my gaming windows pc which has an older version of OBS and I am getting both video and Sound. So it is not my capture card.
I have uninstall and reinstall OBS on my streaming Mac both the latest version and revert to an older one. Still no luck.
I went into my MAC settings switched off and back on for allowing OBS to automatically update and to be able to record audio and video.
I changed HDMI cables. And I checked for GPU driver updates on my Gaming PC.
I have did everything possible to fix this myself.

Can anyone please help me if I am missing something. Again this all started happening last week and nothing has changed except for updating MAC OBS to 31.0.1.

Thanks

It's possible that the gaming PC just doesn't do audio over HDMI. It's weird, yes, but I've seen it.

For example, one small Dell desktop tower (requires low-profile PCIe cards) has dual DisplayPorts, neither of which output audio. So I gave it a PCIe graphics card with HDMI. It doesn't output audio either. All of that is true for both Windows 10 and Ubuntu Studio 24.04 LTS Linux. So if I really want audio on HDMI from that location, I'll have to replace the entire computer.

Update- I did some more digging in my Gaming PC. Apparently at some point, I accidentally muted the HDMI output on my gaming PC sound settings. Everything is working now. I feel like an idiot lol.

I got it fixed, it was just a muted source on my gaming pc. Thanks
