Question / Help No Audio After recent Win10 update

I can't get audio in OBS 64bit since my last win10update. OBS has been working perfectly for months and then after this update NO AUDIO at all despite the audio working as usual with all other software.

Does the audio level indicator in OBS move with sound?

No it does not.

I can see all the normal options in SETTINGS -> AUDIO. And select the mic I want. But I can't even click the mic for the stream. It's greyed out.

The speaker one I can click, and select the audio volume level, but the sound detected level never moves.

Any specs? Also if you cant select audio input, which is odd in itself, stop stream and then select it.

Dell PC with Win10 Pro, Intel i7-3770@3.40GHz, 32GB RAM, 64bit operating system.
Latest version of OBS.
Mic is a RODE Video mic pro which i run through a USB dual pro condensor. I've done over 100+ streams on twitch, youtube and ustream.
I'd really like to try to fix this asap..

Try uninstalling the updates until you isolate the faulty update.

Can't do that the update fixed a problem with some other software I use...

Do you run OBS in admin mode as well?
