Just built a new computer recently and while stream testing earlier, video player says it running at 60fps but it looks very laggy.

Ryzen 7 2700x
Asus Prime X470
G. Skill Ripjaws V 16GB 3200mhz
Asus Strix 1070 OC Edition

Tried fiddling around with mutiple bitrate settings and cpu preset still nothing.
Can anyone help a brother out please?
