Question / Help Newbie Streamer CS:GO

Ok hey guys so like in in title im a new streamer i need help with obs.
So few day ago i build my new gaming computer here are specs
CPU: AMD Black Edition 9370 8core 4.4gh
GPU: Nvidia gtx660 ddr5 2gb
Ram : 16gb
Motherboard: Asus v formula z
Power Supply: 850w

in CS:GO without streaming now and and everything on low have around 200-180 fps (resolution 1900:1020)

when i start my obs and start stream i have like 60fps and laggy OBS IS set on 30fps.

could u guys help me with maybe other settings or tips to set obs correctly and not having laggs and a bit more fps and still good picture in live stram on twitch for people to watch.Or maybe i need some program to boos me up a little or change in game settings?

im really srry about my english.

First things first, 1800 bitrate will look better downscaled to 720p, this will also lesson the load on your GPU as well, so doing that will be win-win. Under settings, go to the video tab and select 1280x720 from the downscale. you can use either bicubic (more sharp) or lanzcos filtering (more smooth).

Second, after you have everything set, disable the OBS preview window by right clicking on the preview window, click preview again, then uncheck "enable view"
