Question / Help Newbie Question "Audio Desync With Intel Quick Sync"

I saw some treads on this already and I honestly don't know if I have my Quick Sync setup. I enabled everything in my Mobo to allow and installed Virtu MVP Control Panel. I tried streaming this morning with Quick Sync instead of x264 and it worked flawless and was amazing.

BUT I had a delay in the audio (75ms-250ms roughly) So i went in a changed my Global Audio Time Offset to the amount which most threads suggested on the forums. Which worked for 1 game (Insurgency) but when I switch to DayZ SA or BF4 my desync got worse. It is both my voice (mic) and the game audio.

Not sure if I did something wrong or if i am missing a settings but any pointers ould be great!

I'm running into this issue too. Local recordings with LA ICQ suffer from delayed audio. It seems like the look ahead depth is causing this.
