Question / Help New to Streaming, Streaming FPS is 10-15fps for stream.

Hello,

I am having an issue with streaming. My game works fine without streaming I can get 45fps without an issue. I turn on my OBS and without a game running it stays at 30FPS like I set it to. Well if I turn on say Blade and Soul my FPS while streaming is 10-15fps. I put my bitrate to everything under the sun. I have tried reading over and over on how to fix this. While my computer is not the greatest I have never had issues with playing games on high/ultra settings. I read it could be my logitech c920 cam. I turned that down to 720 too and still issues. I am at a loss. I will post my computer specs and give a log file.

CPU- first gen i7 930 2.8 overclocked to 3.3ghz
12gigs ram
gpu card R7 240 radeon card x2 for my second monitor. (I have since stopped the second monitor thinking that was an issue)
Windows 7.

My internet is 60mbps download and 6.1mbps upload.

Is my computer just crap? Again I know it is not the best but I never really have lag in any game and still can play with high/ultra gfx.

I thought maybe of getting a nvdia 970 gtx card would that help? I can't afford a new pc. I just want to stream this is so frustrating. I really would appreciate the help guys.

Surely someone here can help me? I know I am new and all but everyone here seems to be very informative and knows way more than I do. I don't know what I am doing wrong to get 10 to 15 fps when obs is running. Game runs fine without. I am at a loss :(

Sorry to bump again I know someone out there can help. If you need more info please don't hesitate to ask.

I am home now. I removed monitor capture. My screen was black so I added game capture. We'll it worked I get the 30fps for obs but now I lost my camera and overlay and everything. It literally is just the game. If I remove game capture my cam and overlay and everything else is back. I don't know what I am doing wrong. One issue to another now. I just want my Cambox and overlay on the game.

I Def than you Osiris you helped me out a lot. Now I have to figure this new issue out.

What osiris said, if you have to have monitor capture make a game capture, call it monitor and set the program to dwm.exe.
but use this in a different scene than you play games.

no, just right click on the game capture and move it down under position. again, please dont mix the dwm game capture with real game captures if you so choose to use it.
