Question / Help new to streaming , need help fiding perfect setup

I'm new to streaming and need some help finding what my computer can stream steady at. i wanna stream mmo's such as wow and swtor. my computer specs are:

CPU: 3.2 ghz amd phemon II (955) quad core
ram: 8 gigs ddr2 1066
GPU: evga nividia g force gt 640 2 gigs dedicated
onboard ethernet port: 10/100/1000

network info: comcast 50 down 10 up
