Question / Help New to Streaming, low FPS, encoding too slow

Hi all!

I'm super new to the streaming universe and trying to start streaming Call of Duty from my Xbox One. I was previously streaming from my MacBook Pro via Game Capture HD and had no problem streaming my gameplay.

This weekend I upgraded to an Asus Essentio Desktop. Here are the specs:
CPU: AMD A10 3.7 GHz
Cache Memory: 4MB on die Level 2
RAM: 8GB
Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 8670D

I'm using an Elgato Capture Card. I've tried XSplit, Game Capture HD, and OBS. I don't seem to be having luck with any of them. I ruled out the internet as an issue because I had no problem streaming previously from my Mac. When I stream, it gives a "WARNING: Taking too long to encode." It will also go a few minutes with no problems and then just disconnect from the stream.

Any help would be appreciated! Thank you,
Sydnee

well your macbook pro probably has either an i5 or i7 .... which is literally 5 times the cpu power in a mobile device compared to a shitty a10 from amd ... just saying

you would be better of if you kept using your macbook

or should have asked the obs community what hardware you would need since you upgraded your desktop/bought a new one
