Question / Help New to streaming, Love some help

Hi, I am recently new to streaming and i have actually read every guide i could find for streaming and no luck so far.

The problem i am having is that i have constant frame drops at any bitrate with any settings and have no idea how to fix it. Tried every server, Resolution, Bitrates from 200-1500.

Well, where are you roughly located, and what results do you get in an internet speedtest?
(speedtest.net or testmy.net etc)

Btw, thanks for posting a log, most people forget that but it gives us a lot of useful info, only in this case, it does not tell us your internet speeds :D

Sorry for the late response, Basically before the year started i was streaming at 4000 kbps, Since the year started i can only stream at 200 kbps. Charter says its not them, and the tech came out and did a speed test on my computer and said there's nothing wrong, Has to be someone else, They all said.
