Question / Help New to streaming , fps issues

Hi , first step sorry for my bad english i'm gonna try to do my best

I have issue when i stream my games like (path of exile , street fighter ) my fps are shutting down frequently

my config is

I5-3570K 3.40 ghz
msi geforce gtx 770 lightning
8 giga ram
SSD 240 giga

my connection : down 200m
up 10m


If someone know where the problem can be

Don't use monitor capture in Windows 7. Use window capture (with Aero enabled) or game capture instead. You may also need to use the resolution downscale option under Settings > Video to stream at a lower resolution.
