Question / Help New to OBS, Need settings help.

I recently started using OBS and after trying to figure out the proper settings I have come to the realization that I have no idea whats going on.

Each time I try to record I am met with a black screen, a blurry video, laggy gameplay, or frozen video with full audio.

I was wondering what settings I should use to record for basic Youtube videos and the occasional stream.

Sad to say, that isn't going to work:

And I thought the APUs were bad. 1 core, 2 hyperthread 1.6GHz. I'm not sure if this is a netbook or just a computer from the late 90s, but at this point it is a potato. It isn't going to be able to stream, at all. I doubt it will be capable of recording. You really need a new machine.

By all means, give the HQ local recording guide a shot, but I wouldn't expect it to work:
