Title says it all. Streaming with an ASUS A10, which has the ASUS Realtek audio system, i have a Logitech Webcam with a built in mic but i want to use a head set, two monitors, well, one "monitor" is a tv but i have it set to mute, NO speakers of any kind, the monitor that came with the PC suddenly does not want to play audio anymore, (pc is less than a week old) and every time i try and get my audio right something else happens. Can someone PLEASE give me detailed instructions on how to set everything up, Ill provide the most info i can, but im not very knowledgeable with audio set ups or the likes. OBS is hard enough to get used to, but i figured that out with help, and it was easy.THIS is just annoying me and making me want to give up on streaming all together. Thanks.

OBS will record any playback AND recording devices you have it set to. by default, it uses whatever output and input you have windows set to. i.e. microphone and speakers, so the stream hears what you hear and say.

best bet is to post your logfile from the help menu and copy the link here.
Tell OBS what you want to record and get back to us if you have issues, and be specific about your issue. dont just write a paraph of all the various issues because I still dont know exactly what you are wanting to do

basically its functioning as this: I plug in my headphones with a built in mic, I can hear myself talk, type, and move the mouse around. Its that sensitive. I will do a log tonight and send it. I'm basically looking for a guide I can use that will allow me to use my headset mic, and not get any reverb through the headset from my stream.

First try and lower the mic volume on the main window of OBS. the second is make sure that mic boost isn't enabled in windows audio under your mic properties.

Maybe also try this plugin:
