Question / Help New to everything PC need some help

Hey all, First off i am a computer noob switching from xbox to PC lol, i cannot for the life of me get obs to work properly.

Im trying to record and stream at 720p and would like to aleast get 30fps, however not matter what i have my settings on the only video that records properly is under 10fps

heres my pc specs

AMD A8 3.3ghz (quad core)
amd R7 360 2gb gpu
and 600watt power supply if that matters.

when ever i try to record in 720p at 30 fps, my game is just black, or is super choppy only moving once in a blue moon my facecam will record and it will pick up sound but will not record the actual

what kind of settings should i try?

i attached 2 screen shots.

If you are streaming to Twitch and are a non-Partnered caster, 720p@30fps, 2000kbps, x264 Veryfast is advised.

AMD APUs are... extremely anemic, to put it politely.
You may only be able to handle 480p@30, 2000, Superfast (or Ultrafast) to compensate for your CPU.
Also, use AAC audio, not MP3. It's much better, and MP3 is mostly there as a fallback for older OSes that don't have AAC support.

Post a logfile from a test session at least 5 minutes in length from the Help menu, and we'll see what we can do to provide additional recommendations.

Will do when im off work, i know its not to much of an internet issue, im running 50 down and 5 up, so my net should be more than enough to handle it

, will do when im off work, i know its not a internet issue, im running 50mbps down and 6mpbs which i can stream fine at 720p at 25fps which im content with but for the life of me i can not get a decent looking local recording that dosent chop or pixelate

i was not looking to do both, i just save my streams on twitch, but it worked good last night streaming but i was running at 480p and 30 fps,

but its seems my issue now is that obs does not pick up the game play, i will have to alt+tab out of my game let it sit for a moment then go back into the game and it picks in the stream ,sometimes when i go to record it will catch the first couple seconds of game play then cut out completely,

im slowing starting to belive that this may be turning into a network issue, as to why i cant stream at higher quality but as i stated earlier my internet is fully capable of handling 480p at 30fps if not way more.
