So I recently built a new computer and started using OBS to stream and record. Everything worked great for about 2 and a half weeks and then OBS started lagging while recording/streaming and even in preview. My Specs are (i5 4460, GTX 750ti, 8 GB RAM). I streamed and recorded COD on console at 1080p 60fps (Bitrate; Streaming: 3000, recording: 5000-6000) and it worked great. One day I tried to record and OBS was lagging like crazy and I got the High CPU Usage Warning. My Webcam (LifeCam Studio) also has lagging issues in OBS. I have tried Xsplit and only streaming works, the only thing I can think that might have caused this problem was when I updated my Drivers. The following log is with down scaled settings.

Please HELP, I can't figure this out, P.S I am unable to do a system restore (tried this to revert to a point before I updated my drivers).
